Terms of Sale

Microstar Dental’s normal terms of sale are COD, Mastercard or VISA.

Claims and Returns

Notice of rejection for claims or returns must be given within within seven (7) days after receipt of product.  Returns of merchandise must have a RMA number issued by Microstar. There is a 10 day return period from the invoice date. All returns must have a copy of the Invoice included for credit to be considered and a description of the reason for return. All returns are subject to inspection. A 15% restocking fee may be applied. There will be no credits on merchandise returned in open packaging or not in a resalable condition. No returns of Special Order or clearance items will be accepted. No returns of electronics or repair parts. No COD deliveries will be accepted.
